How The AI Conversation Works

1. Intent Detection
The AI identifies the purpose of the customer’s message—FAQ, appointment request, cancellation, or a service inquiry.
Example:
Customer: “Do you have any availability for a haircut tomorrow?”
→ Intent: Booking request
2. Data Retrieval
Briqly pulls the latest business info from uploaded documents (like a service menu or pricing PDF) and checks real-time availability from the connected Google Calendar.
Example:
Briqly checks that 2:30 PM on Friday is open and sees the “Premium Cut + Beard Trim” combo listed in your service file.
3. Natural Language Response + Intelligent Upsell / Cross-Sell
Briqly responds in a friendly, human tone—then recommends higher-value or complementary services to boost revenue.
Upsell: “We’ve got a spot at 2:30 PM for a standard haircut. Would you like to upgrade to our Premium Cut that includes a scalp massage for just $15 more?”
Cross-sell: “Many clients book a beard trim along with their cut. Would you like me to include that too?”

4. Confirmation & Follow-Up
Once the customer confirms, Briqly:
• Books the appointment directly into your calendar
